Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Can take up to 20 days to receive jewellery in relation to specific ring sizes

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

Delivery Issues

  • If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at info@chicandhall.com.au with your order number.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or other household members. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will investigate further. 

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order is damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you with a resolution.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
